Returns Policy

Return your unworn purchase within 3 months for a refund. Please, follow the instructions below to complete your return. Please note that, while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns in a twelve-month period may cause us to reject future orders from you. The returns policy is available for shoes only, all handbags and accessories are excluded.

Recommendations

When trying shoes on, make sure shoes are only worn on carpet so that they are kept in good order if you decide to return them. Soles which are soiled or damaged will not be accepted if returned.

Return Guidelines:

  • Free returns are only provided through AUSTRALIA POST.
  • The policy applies to shoes only , it excludes handbags and accessories.
  • If you decide to use another carrier other than AUSTRALIA POST, you are responsible for all return fees. Return fees are non-refundable.
  • If alternate carriers are used (other than AUSTRALIA POST), lost shipments are not the responsibility of theshoelink.com.au.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box (packaging). Example: Siren shoes should be returned in the original Siren shoe box.
  • theshoelink.com.au does not offer exchanges, instead we ask that you place a new order.
  • Each package should have a unique tracking label. Do not copy labels and place them on different boxes.
  • Please take your returnable item and shipping label to your nearest post office for quick and easy return.
  • Please take care when trying on your purchases as products that have been worn or soiled will not be refunded, or returned.
  • Worn or soiled returns are liable for all further shipping expenses. The Shoe Link will hold worn or soiled shoes for a maximum of 2 weeks only.

Return Instructions

Please email service@theshoelink.com.au for a shipping return label for AUSTRALIA POST. We will email you a label to print and attach to your box. Don't have a printer? You can even ask us to send you a prepaid return shipping label by mail. Then please take the item with the completed shipping return label attached to your local post office, who will arrange a free return. If you have questions, please contact us.

Refund Process and Timeframe

theshoelink.com.au processes most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise to our warehouse. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note: Once we initiate the credit for your theshoelink return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment. Please be patient, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit transaction to appear on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact that company directly for further assistance.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchanges for theshoelink orders during the return process. If you would like the same shoe in another size or style, simply place a new order. We cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
