theshoelink.com.au not only offers free express shipping within Australia for any orders made on its website, but also offers free returns when a product is not what you're expecting or is unsatisfactory.

Whenever you purchase a product and find it doesn't fit or it's not what you expected, The Shoe Link offers a free 3 month return policy*, which means you can return your product within 3 months of purchase and receive a full refund*. We cover the cost of postage and handling for all returns, you just need to drop your return to your nearest Australia Post office, with your return shipping label. Delivery Details

At The Shoe Link we are committed to offering you the best customer experience. When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. You will also receive an additional email from Australia Post tracking information, which you can use to track your delivery. Don't forget, we ship Monday through Friday only.

Australia Post will not leave parcels without a signature. We require a signature upon delivery, so please have someone at the delivery address to sign for your product/s. But if you're not home when the product/s are delivered, a card will be left to collect your product from your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and all our pricing is true and correct. If in the unlikely event we have listed an item that isn't available or we're unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an alternative product, a backorder date or a full refund.

Estimated Delivery Times

theshoelink.com.au will make their best effort to deliver products within 2 working days to the address specified. If an order is placed before 11.30am (Eastern Australia time), the product may even be delivered within 24 hours depending on your location.

Important AUSTRALIA Shipping Notices

We must accept your order by 11:30 AM Australian Eastern time Monday through Friday in order for you to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day. Australia Post does not deliver for The Shoe Link on Saturdays or Sundays, public holidays, and we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.
