CHRISTMAS DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION



AUSTRALIA POST

The Shoe Link use Australia Post (Express Post) to send out all of our parcels.

However, please note that during the months of December and January Australia post experience a heavy increase in parcel delivery, so the usual fast turn-around times may not apply.

Please allow an additonal 2-3 working days for your delivery and allow extra time if you need to purchase shoes for arrival before a specific date.

 

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF

The Shoe Link can’t guarantee delivery before a certain time, however if you are purchasing your package as a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order before Friday 15th December, just to be sure!

Please be sure to check our RETURN POLICY before purchasing gifts, or if you are going on holiday.

Please ensure all returns are completed within the time frame given.

Dear valued customers, please note The Shoe Link customer service center will also be closed from Thursday 21st December through to Tuesday 2nd January.

Please note that and emails will not be answered during our closure. Our customer service helpline will be also closed during this time.

Customers who have requested a RETURN AUTHORISATION number during our time of closure will receive replies in the new year when we return to business on Jan 3rd.
