CHRISTMAS DELIVERY INFORMATION
The Shoe Link use Australia Post (Express Post) to send out all of our parcels.
During the months of December and January Australia Postal Services experience a heavy increase in parcel delivery, so the usual fast turn-around times may not apply.
Please allow an additional 2-3 working days for your delivery and allow even more extra time if you need to purchase shoes for arrival before a specific date.
Our warehouse and customer service center will be closed from midday 21st December through to the 3rd of January. Any orders placed after 9am 21st December will not be dispatched until the new year.
Please also allow us some extra time for us to work through the backlog of shipments in the new year.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF
The Shoe Link can’t guarantee delivery before a certain time, however if you are purchasing your package as a Christmas gift, we recommend that you place your order before Friday 15th December, just to be sure!
Please be sure to check our RETURN POLICY before purchasing gifts, or if you are going on holiday.
Please ensure all returns are completed within the time frames given.

The Shoe Link is proud to offer you free express shipping within Australia for any orders of $50.00 and over.
For purchases under $50.00 a standard flat $12.95 Shipping Fee applies for all Australian states.
At The Shoe Link we are committed to offering you the best customer experience. When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation message immediately. Once the package has entered the postal system, you will also receive an additional email from Australia Post tracking information, which you can use to track your delivery.
Please note, we ship Monday through Friday only.
Australia Post will not leave parcels without a signature. We require a signature upon delivery, so please have someone at the delivery address to sign for your product/s. However, if you're not home when the products are delivered, a card will be left to collect your product from your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and all our pricing is true and correct. If in the unlikely event we have listed an item that isn't available or we're unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an alternative product, a backorder date or a full refund.
Estimated Delivery Times
If you live in a next day Express Post area you should receive it within 2 business days ... perfect for last minute orders! If an order is placed before 11.00am (Eastern Australia time), the product may even be delivered within 24 hours depending on your location.
Please note that The Shoe Link use Australia Post’s express postage service, so delivery can be subject to any delays that occur within the Australia Postal system. Packages usually arrive very quickly, but if you live in rural Australia it could take a little longer, depending on your location.
We must accept your order by 11:00 AM Australian Eastern time Monday through Friday in order for you to receive your order by the 2nd business day or next business day.
Australia Post does not deliver for The Shoe Link on Saturdays or Sundays, public holidays, and we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.

International Orders: Terms and Conditions
The Shoe Link accepts International orders from most countries. Please note, all international orders must be paid using Pay Pal. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
Shipping charges for all international orders are automatically calculated when you enter the delivery address at the final checkout stage. International shipping charges will differ depending on your delivery location and the weight of the items purchased.
The Shoe Link regrets that Australia Post is unable to provide tracking for international deliveries. Your package may arrive sooner, but please allow a minimum of 6 weeks for your parcel to arrive and clear customs as times can vary greatly from country to country depending on your countries' individual customs policies. Please allow more time during busy holiday seasons.
